Five apartments in Spinea

The project

A residential building of four storeys above ground, with five dwellings.

The main front is marked by a projecting element clad in Parklex, which frames the central windows and gives the façade its character: a warm-coloured volume that stands out from the pale plaster and gathers the balconies into a single figure.

The other elevations are drawn by the outlines of the terraces, wide and continuous, which wrap around the building and lighten its volume. On the side the green wall rises the full height, and the roof closes with a curve that breaks the horizontal line of the neighbouring buildings.
