Government building

State Property offices, Mestre

The project

The requalification of the State Property site in Mestre, on the corner of Via Kolbe and Via Milano, with a building for government use and its parking areas.

The interior spaces take up the aesthetics and materials of the exterior ones, so that the building does not change language on crossing the threshold. The relaxation areas, interwoven with the work areas, are accompanied by ferns and palms, chosen also for their ability to trap indoor air pollutants.

The partitions are in natural wood, warm and delicate in tone: they divide the rooms without stiffening them and ensure good acoustic comfort.

The application of Bioenergetic Landscapes to interior spaces is particularly suited to workplaces, bank premises and shopping centres, where people remain exposed for long periods to high concentrations of electromagnetic fields produced by technological installations.
